I use this to hide cable excess and power strips in my room. It fits the aesthetic that I am going for with my room. Putting the lid on fully takes a second but once on, it’s pretty snugly on.

First of all, I don't understand why these are considered baby proof. It's literally a plastic box with a bamboo top to it that fits snuggly. Any child is going to get that off.But anyway... I bought these to hold my larger sized power strip so my puppy wouldn't get the cords. The larger one is working well and keeping her out of everything. One picture shows it sitting next to my entertainment center.The smaller one didn't work out as well. The top was harder to put on, which made me wonder if it would stay on. Then my puppy ended up chewing the corner of the lid and getting it off to then get to the power cords I had put in there. The other picture shows her teeth marks in it.So I gave this four stars. I feel it works for some situations, but not all, and is definitely NOT baby proof.

Ordered these several times. They fit a lot, close well, and look great. No more cable clutter!

Elegant and functional! The items improved the look of the wires collected under my desk from a maze of overlapping wires to a neat contained box.

I wish these were a tad bit taller. Once you add the surge protector and plug in a "block charger" with a cord, the lid will not close properly. It works for standard plugs/cords but anything with a charging block creates an issue. They are stylish and seem to be of good quality. I would have given it a higher score if it weren't for the charging block issue.

This is the best little box ever invented. I have kittens two of them. They kept turning off my power on my computer, my modem and router while I was working well because of this box, they can’t do that no more thank God for this box.

Having lots of cables with our home theatre setup, I purchased these to tidy things up. It hides everything very well and the included ties were very helpful.
