This is the second time I bought this resistance band. The first one lasted 12 years and this is the replacement. It is great and lasted a long time.

This is a terrific tool. It works just like it's advertised. Helping with quad and glute strengthening immensely

This resistance band is a great idea, but needs to be available with variable resistance. Some exercises are much easier to do with this than the typical stretchy resistance band, and (hopefully) no worry of the band snapping. I'm a woman of average strength but can't do some of the exercises because the bands are too short and don't stretch enough. Some of the exercises shown in the instructions are simply not possible unless you're the Hulk! This shouldn't be a one-size-fits all gadget.

This strap is very dangerous the way it's designed. It has very flimsy round hand and foot holds the role very easily if you stretch it out it can easily slip and snap back and hit you in the face. Mine came back and hit me right in the lip I cut my lip and injured my tooth. Thank God it didn't hit me in the eye or the nose or someplace else. I'm sending it back right away. I advise against anyone buying this product. It's not well designed and is potentially dangerous. I hope they have good liability insurance.

Effective workout Coreplus reformer. It is an adjustment to get feet into the handles. But, will get better at it with time used. I did not receive the DVD that was advertised to be in package. So, had to look up on YouTube to use.

Overall, this band was exactly what I was looking for. However, the dvd that came with it is virtually useless since I have no way to play it. It would be awesome if they would provide a QR code with a link to the video to watch on my phone.
