I tried a lot of gaming headsets. This is for sure my favorite, expensive but worth it.

"Product Received in Used Condition Despite Being Sold as New"
I purchased the product under the assumption that it was new. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that the product had been previously used. There are many signs indicating prior use: the headband cover is dirty, as if it had been used with hair gel; the fabric on the ear cushions is dusty and torn; the charging base has lost its barcode sticker for unknown reasons; the charging port is scratched around the edges from repeated cable insertions and removals; and finally, the exterior of the box is scratched and sealed with tape, indicating that it had been opened before.

My head support broke 2 weeks after having it
The headband decided to fall on me and will not be put back in place as I had to put tape over it to secure it, would like to get another pair and return these, however are overall good headphones and comfortable

Great build quality, customization, settings on headsets
Amazing I love the build quality the audio is very good I love the customization in the PC application, the headset took about 4 hours for the first change. I am very impressed with how customizable and replaceable things are on this headset. The sound quality is amazing and the headset has lots of features. I am yet to use it to it's full potential.I did however almost damage my headsets because of a firmware update failure but all you have to do is plug it into another laptop and it will update.

IF I CAN GIVE IT A NEGATIVE RATING .. I WISH I COULD... THIS PRODUCT IS NOT CONVENIENT TO USE THOUGH ITS SOUND IS OK.. BUT THE WAY TO USE IT FOR EVERYDAY IS TO COMPLICATED.. THE FIRMWARE UPDATE THE RESET YOU HAVE TO DO THAT MOST OF THE TIME.. AND YOU CAN USE IT AND ANY DEVICE BY JUST CONNECTING IN BLUETOOTH.. BASE SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE DEVICE YOUR ARE USING... TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY

Literally i can hear EVERYTHING! After downloading its application and updating it.. it was just *tsk* noice.

Static noise
There was a static noise in the product and reviews from others said the same thing about a certain batch of these headphones. It was too much hassle to return so i kept them. I didn't want to return i just wanted to exchange and there was no option for that
