Q: I am wondering if anyone has used this with a 6 quart Instant Pot? Thanks..

Yes, Made my first cheese cake in my Instant Pot IP Duo 6 yesterday. It's gone! Pan works well and is easy to clean- Non Stick!

Q: How deep is it actually? A couple reviews said that the base was elevated and it was on the shallow side.

inside measurement from base to rim is 2 1/2 inches. I baked a New York cheesecake with 2 lbs of cream cheese and it was fine.

Q: Does the base have to be lined in order to remove the cooked cheesecake?

Even without non stick spray, the cheesecake came out just perfect. I was able to go around the pan with a silicone spatula to loosen it up a bit, and then opened the springform all the way, and the ring just comes off easily. To remove the cheesecake from the insert pan, I just took a long narrow spatula and went in gently between the cake and the pan, and it came out easily and pretty to serve!

Q: What is the inside diameter of the pan? I know it says 7 inches but I know the inside isn't 7 inches exactly.

Outside is a little under 7", the inside diameter is 6-1/4"
