I waited for this for soooo long and when it arrived it wasn't clean and the color-changing nibs were not working as if it got damaged so disappointed

Dirty box
The box looked like it was on the shelf for years- dusty and unclean with stains and dots. And even though the delivery should have been free, I was charged when it was delivered.
