Does it work with frizz as well as static?

My hair is straight and fine, so I'm not sure. But I absolutely love the brush. I think it would be worth a shot.

How is this on Africa America hair?

It's perfectly fine for black folks' hair. I'm black and use it when I'm wrapping my straightened hair at night but I use it to detangle my black daughter's hair after washing and it works great.

Can this be used on wet hair, I don’t blow dry my hair and, does it do anything different then using a regular brush on wet hair?

I use this brush on my hair wet or dry. I have very thick hair and I love this brush because it just glides through my hair. Best brush I have ever purchased.

How long do the results last?

Not sure what you mean about 'results' but it never created static in my hair anytime I used it. I stopped using it because the handle was too difficult for me to use when blowdrying. I have a tad bit of tendonitis and it's a lot of brush to hold with the round handle and control during blowdrying.
