Q: I want to grow a Dipledenia vine up on this Trellis...against a concrete brick wall, Does the trellis, at the bottom, have to be put into the ground?

Not necessarily. You can just attach it to the wall. I mean, that’s what we did.

Q: Can we hang planters?

It shows so on some of the pictures provided by the seller. If you firmly attach the lattice to the wall and make sure your flower pots are not too heavy, you should be OK. I’m just another customer, mind you, I didn’t hang flowerpots on mine, but I’m just trying to be logical, so don’t sue me if it doesn’t work.

Q: I want to hang multiple plants from it suspended from the ceiling. What is the weight capacity it will hold without warping/bowing or breaking?

I would not recommend it. It is not very sturdy imo.
