This ptz camera support digital zoom, when you zoom in/out, the camera image will blur, but the image of optical zoom camera still clearly.

Why the camera can't connecting to wifi?

PTZ camera not support 5Ghz WIFI, if your camera is 2.4G, please reset the camera, connect the camera to your router via network cable.

How to setting motion tracking?

Go to live view interface on the App--click setup icon--motion detection alert--turn on motion tracking option.
