Great product
Great product! Money well spent, excellent quality.

Have returned for refund
Extremely difficult to fit the hand unit into the stand. Takes lots of "wiggling" and hard to fit properly. Beaters also very hard to eject. The button is too hard to press. Did not even try using it as I couldn't easily change from hand to stand mixer so knew it would not be suitable for me and would frustrate me. The ribbed edges on the bowl would I feel be difficult to clean. They are there to fit the gear action on one of the beaters so I can imagine the mix would get into the grooves and require lots of cleaning. Overall very light and "plasticy." Very disappointed so have returned.
