So the original silicone tips were not comfortable at all. They made my ears sweat and I just didn’t like them. I tried the memory foam ones and they were actually pretty comfortable, but they did still try to push out my ears a little bit when I was doing a lot of moving or working. These things I’ve been very impressed with so far, but I’ve only had them for three or four days and haven’t put a hard day work with them yet. They’re definitely more comfortable than the memory foam or the original ones. They advertise that the sound quality is supposed to be enhanced, but I don’t see that. If anything, I don’t think the sound quality is as good, but they definitely seem to stay in better and that was kind of priority to me at this point. From the four different kinds, I’ve tried so far, it seems that you’re gonna have to sacrifice something somewhere so you just need to decide what the most important thing is for you and find something that excels at that and kind of has a happy medium for the other features.

Like many others, I had trouble getting a secure fit with the stock eartips. These do greatly improve this problem, but are held back by one major design flaw:These have a silicone tip over a hard plastic base; unlike the stock tips, which have a silicone skirt that extends all the way over the base of the airpod. The hard plastic on these leave space for sound to leak past the base of the tip, reducing noise cancellation performance, while also introducing additional vibration between the tip and the airpod.If they made the base and tip out of a single piece of silicone, these would be perfect.

These stay in your ear better than factory ear tips but don’t seal out sound as well. I don’t feel like they will fall out which is something always on my mind with AirPods so they don’t get lost in my commute.

My ears aren't conducive to keeping ear buds in place - something about the shape etc. They're not perfect (for me) but they're damn close. Take care when removing them for cleaning, the plastic (by necessity) is pretty thin and will crack if you're not careful and then they don't hold a seal very well. Could probably super glue them if that happens (to fix the crack - not to glue them to the AirPods) but I don't think that would hold up, but they're cheap enough to just buy more.Would be nice if you could buy a specific size once you get it dialed in from the variety pack.
