does this have calcuim

I just checked my bottle, there is No Calcium in this. There typically is not calcium in liquid multi vitamins like this. I will say that this is an excellent product though. It has a ton of colloidal minerals, amino acids, and herbs that are easily assimilated. I'm a nutritionist and my recommendations to my clients is to get a separate, liquid Calcium, Magnesium mix. Make sure to look for Calcium Citrate NOT Calcium Carbonate as it is not easily assimilated. This company makes a really good and tasty one. I hope this helps.

Does it *have* to be refridgerated or is it just suggest? I’m about to travel to Southeast Asia and won’t have access to a fridge during the travel...

I’ve left this out for more than 24 hours more than once after the bottle was already open, and it made no difference at all to the quality. I think if it sat out an entire week, I might have noticed. If you’re concerned, I’d Suggest ordering a new bottle and packing it in your checked luggage while it’s still sealed. You will eventually use it all and it will just travel better on the trip over. Just take a ziplock bag with you to get it home, as after opening I’m not sure how well it will travel in the underbelly of an airplane with all the pressure changes. Good luck, safe travels!

Does the liquid vitamins have a good taste?

The women's premium liquid vitamins have a great taste.

I took a few times and got bad gas. I used it with food. Any suggestions or reasons?

I haven’t had this issue and I’ve been using the product for over 3 months. Try taking after eating a different food and take as a shot (ie just like a shot of liquor). I measure mine into a liquid measure shot glass and down it all at once, don’t sip. This is the only vitamin supplement that doesn’t upset my stomach and really makes me feel better. Love it.

Liquid vitamins that work better then pills.

IT TASTE good and doesn't have tons ofSugar. I have more energy and helps women get the vitamins that her body needs . THEY GIVE PLENTY OF THE LIQUID VITAMINS ITS WORTH THE MONEY. WHEN I FINISH THE VITAMINSI WILL ORDER MORE.

It’s a winner! I was pleasantly surprised!

Some things you must try for yourself! The taste gives it 5 stars for me. Too soon to tell about my energy levels etc., all I know is, if it doesn’t taste great I will end up wasting my money. The taste is number one for me, not vitamy tasting at all. It’s much tastier than Mary Ruth’s liquid vitamin which is very expensive and why I never finished the bottle. I hate swallowing capsules therefore this product is a win for me!

No grit!

These vitamins taste amazing!!! There is no gritty feeling. It is very smooth and tastes delicious. I recommend these- especially for people who can’t swallow pills.
