Placement is key
It does detect but no way to adjust the range or information on how to best place on your car. The curb, trees, rails and guards all trigger the light with no way to adjust it.

The sensor is very unreliable and it requires you to drill a hole in your car to install it.
Before I drill a hole in my car, I mount the sensor outside just to do a test run. I am so glad that I did because it would've been the biggest mistake I made if I drilled a hole in my back bumper and installed this. The sensor doesn't detect the car until it's very close, I mean like you're parked next to another car and you can barely open your door to get out close!! I doubt any sane people would drive this close to another car. My advice to anyone buying this product is this: "Remember to get a car with this technology installed, these after-market system is not worth the time and money."

poor support for this system
this system is easy to install 5 wiring points one to power one to ground one to back up lights and one each to left and right signal. run the wires and make connections there are no instructions or any troubleshooting resources. the system is not working I waited to long to install it and way past any return that's my bad but this system is not worth the money

Bad Product / Unresponsive Vendor
Purchased the item over the 2021 Thanksgiving weekend; did not receive it until after Christmas. Installed the item on my vehicle, but noticed that the Buzzard would NOT sound or alarm when objects moved around the sensor. Requested a refund from the vendor, and received instructions that I'd get a shipping label with 5 business days. Nearly 10 days later, have NOT received the shipping label, only an address where to send the item (at my expense). Re-submitted the return request hoping for better results. Will update this post based on the vendor's response.
