Which is the best flavor

That's a great question! And a tough one to answer. I've been addicted to the Dutch Chocolate for the last 5 years, but I'm also crazy for the Vanilla. I bump up the flavor by adding some sugar free pudding mix in a complimentary flavor like chocolate fudge, pistachio, butterscotch or cheesecake and a teaspoon of instant coffee to the chocolate to make a rich mocha. I like to make up 4 at a time and let them chill overnight. Great as a grab and go.Of course, it all depends on your personal preferences. Buy a small quantity of what you think you might like and test taste them.

Does this make good Hot chocolate?

The protein powder will taste best when mixed into 6 to 8 ounces of very cold water or milk. It can be mixed into warm milk, but don't put warm or hot fluids in a shaker cup.
