Easy to use
Works great for dialing in your scope. Laser shines straight out the barrel and all you have to do is set the cross hairs on the dot and you set your scope up without waisting ammo

All caliber specific boresighters should be like this one.
Super easy to use, since it has a button on the base that turns it on when you lock the bolt. Also, since you are sending the laser beam from the chamber it doesn't loop the loop like the barrel-end pen type boresighters. I eject it, turn it, and put it back it to see if it changes. It does ever so slightly, but I just want it close before I take it to the range.

laser is centered
Primary problem with these devices is the laser is not centered, meaning when you rotate the casing the dot will wobble. This one is perfectly centered. Set the scope at 25 yds. and it's dead on. Shot about 1" high at 100 yds. but thats the gun and scope. Another great feature of this one is it turns off automatically when ejected. All the others require battery removal; a real pain. It's a keeper.

Doesn't work in an AR10
I have one of these for 5.56, works great in my AR15. Put it in the .308 arbor (AR10) or the 12 gauge arbor works great. This 6.5 Creedmoor one however the activation button at the base is not flat. I assume that is why it won't work, as the 5.56 one the button is smooth and flat and works fine.Another note, the interior when you put the batteries in. The tube isn't tight, and the batteries can flip over when you drop them into place. Took me about 4 times as long to get the batteries in as versus the 5.56 one. This 6.5 Creedmoor one might work fine in a bolt gun (I don't have a 6.5 bolt gun to test), but don't buy it for an AR10.

Works great; only AFTER buying new batteries
The boresight arrived quickly, was packaged appropriately, and was accurately represented on Amazon. One of the reasons I purchased this particular boresight, was the 3 batteries batteries required to operate tit were included. The included batteries however, were dead. No laser was emitted when switched on, and each battery measured below 0.4v where they should have been at least 1.5volts. After purchasing and installing new batteries, did the boresight work as advertised. If the seller reaches out to rectify the issue, I plan to update my review to 5 stars, as the boresight itself works great.

Better than others because of One Feature
This is your basic laser boresighter, except for one feature that makes it much easier to use tan any other Brand-X laser. It has a switch in the based that turns on the laser when the bolt is closed. This means that you can leave the batteries installed instead of taking them out after each use. Bit time saver and PITA eliminator. I'm going to make this my go-to brand for recommendations.

Has a power switch on the back - nice touch.
Easy to unpack and assemble the included batteries. Solid construction. Includes a pressure switch on the back so the laser is only on when the bolt is closed on the device. Clear dot. Good value for the money, will be ordering additional calibers.

Works as Advertised in my 224 Valkyrie
I bought a new scope for my Valkyrie and wanted to laser bore sight it so I wouldn't waste too much ammo. The laser bore sighter has an on and off button built into the base of the "case". The laser activates when inserted into the chamber and bolt touched the back of the bore sighter. This makes the batteries last longer cause the laser turns off when removed from the rifle. I wish all my laser bore sighters had this feature. Rarely does a bore sighter get you on the bullseye and this product is not different. It does get you on paper where you can zero you rifle at whatever distance you need. The laser is bright enough to be seen inside or in low light but not really visible in bright day light. All my other laser bore sighters have the same issue. I read some complaints in the review and took a chance on buying this product. I'm glad I bought it because it works as good as all my other laser bore sighter, great. Maybe the bad review are customers that received a defective unit. I would recommend this laser bore sighter to a friend.
