They are good on my feet, I stand on my feet all day and they really help my feet.

I use custom fitted orthotics in my work shoes, but purchased these to use in my running shoes. They offer the perfect level of support that I need for my workouts. My podiatrist recommended these as an option because I didn't want my inserts for daily wear to become smelly from sweat and running in the rain. They are a perfect fit and I've had no problem with them sliding or buckling in my shoe.

These shoe inserts do alleviate quite a bit of my foot pain. The only drawback is the cost. I would like to purchase more inserts for my other shoes, but I hesitate to buy more because of the price.

These are so comfortable and fit perfectly. Really makes a difference in the ball of the foot

The arch support is great & the insole is very comfortable. However for me, the met pad is of little benefit since it is too far back from the metatarsal and too small so I had to put a 1/4" met pad under the insole.

These were gotten for the wife and it helped her a little bit but we have more going on here so they are very good!
