I think this book is perfect for entrepreneurs and high-level executives. With this knowledgeleader and collaborator can understand their relationship better.

Makes perfect sense to follow this approach. However for this to be effective you are relying on quality people to run your operations. Common sense and work ethic are in short supply in todays society
