Best scrub brush for water bottles!

I have used it daily since my purchase and still love it. The handle is sturdy, round, and thick enough for confident gripping. (Flat handles are painful for my arthritis, but this rounder more full handle is comfortable.) The handle is also long enough for use in my taller 20+ oz thermos style travel mugs. As for cleaning of the bottle sponge itself, I have never had it get "gross" or "icky" as mentioned in other reviews. Perhaps my routine is adequate enough to prevent that from happening. It is my routine to wash my travel bottle/mugs with soapy water in them, insert sponge brush and apply appropriate pressure while agitating it inside the bottle. I remove sponge brush and rinse both bottle/mug and sponge brush under running water. Sometimes I bath rinse bottle/mug, but it is routine that my sponge brush is always rinsed under running water, squeezed out, and stood up in my sink caddy canister for drying/storage. I never leave dishes and sponge sitting in dirty water. When the bottle/mug is getting washed/rinsed/set to dry then so is my bottle sponge. I use it DAILY to clean several creamy-coffee dirtied 20+oz travel mugs as well as regular drinking glasses. I have never put it in a dishwasher or microwaved it to clean it as I have not felt the slightest need to. I have been so pleased with its performance that a few months ago I ordered another one not because the year-old one needed replaced, but for fear that when it did, these might no longer be available. Taken care of properly (not left sitting in stagnant dirty water), these are great and durable.

I love this product so much that I'm keeping it even after I discovered that one of the little sponges has damage (see pic). It's great for cleaning glasses and just about everything else, but i have some Sam Adams glasses that get a little narrow at the bottom... the damage may have happened when cleaning one of these (or it came this way).

These Casabella sponge brushes are the finest one's that I have see anywhere. They are a perfect length to get down into tall glasses and any other glass or vessel you want to use them for. They are rounded at the bottom so there is nothing at the end of the brush to scratch the inside bottoms of the glasses which is very important and the polycarbonate handle is smooth, easy to hold, and won't chip or scratch a thing. I bought four of these so I'd have them on hand when one of them wears out. They look like they will last a long time, but at $4.47 on sale, I wanted to stock up on some to use as backups. I have a large set of expensive Strahl polycarbonate unbreakable glasses and I needed something just like this to wash them with. My glasses look pristine thanks to these sponge brushes. ...there is no way to replace the sponge once it's spent. If there is, someone tell me? Because of that fact, means more useless landfill. So I cannot rebuy. But, dang, if they could make it so the sponge could be replaced, this would be excellent. It has a long, smooth, lean, clear and pretty handle. It fits nicely in my multi-brush holder unlike some of my wood brushes which have a thick bulky handle. Looks pretty. Cleans very well. If there were some use for the handle once the sponge is worn out, let me know. Then I'd feel alright about buying more. We all need to be more mindful of what we send to our landfills. Especially plastic that isn't recyclable.

I've had a couple of these little 'scrubbies', as my daughter calls them, over the years. I had forgotten how much more efficient they make dishwashing, until I began using this one. I haven't had the product for very long, but it's an addition I plan to keep and replace, as needed.The sponge portion is pretty solid and well connected to the handle. It's much easier washing cups and tumblers with this layered sponge top than with the use of a dishcloth. I just rinse the brush throughly afterwards and store it standing up, so it dries properly and molding doesn't occur.Nice design and good purchase...

I've tried a few different brands of sponge brushes and this one holds up the best. I love the function of these for all of my dishwashing, especially glasses. I've had other brands fall apart with the first use. This brand lasts for weeks sometimes if you treat it right. I don't try to force it into water bottles because it can tear the sponge and once one comes off of the wand the rest follow. And there is no fixing them. I recommend.
