Q: Why does the package say above 18lbs and then your description says under 18lbs???????

The package and description im reading both say for dogs under 18lbs!

Q: Why does my dog still have fleas after wearing this flea collar for a day?

Fleas collars take a few days to get into the system. A simple bath with Dawn will get rid of existing fleas. So will a dose of capstar. Anytime you re-bathe with Dawn it will strip the product off the coat/skin and it will take a few days to kick back in so only do it when necessary.

Q: can this collar it be worn 24-7?

Both of my dogs have had them on for about six months now 24 seven.

Q: The description says ordorless. Anyone else notice the Citranella smell?

We are on our second collar and have not noticed any smell even though our dog is in our lap frequently.
