I only ended up buying this because my older Kindle Fire 2nd generation stopped connecting to an xfinity hotspot that I use every month. Or else I would have never even bought another tablet. Compared to the kindle Graphics are C- so watching youtube videos or any videos is low grade.. audio and sound is waaay too low with no way to make it higher even with headphones on... sounds like 3-5 out of 10 volume... no dolby or surround sound like the Kindle has... there's 2 small vents in the back which sit right next to each other for sound... it sounds exactly like audio that comes out of headphones which are on really loud compared to music blasting inside of a club on the kindle... google asks for all of your personal and private info just to use this like phone number, gender and store and save your google email messages that are linked to the tablet's account... I haven't signed up with google in a while and forgot they were like that with everything... I downloaded a couple videos and I found out 1 didnt download the full video after trying to watch it offline.. and some of the videos downloaded were choppy compared to all of the HD videos I download to my kindle... battery life sucks compared to Kindle I swear just after 2 hours this is below 50% you get atleast 6 or 7 hours before you get close to 0% on the kindle... and the screen has a really bad glare to where I have to angle it a certain angle to even be able to see. That's just using it 2 or 3 times there might be other stuff I don't know about. But it connects to the hotspot fine so it does what I got it for. Plus I wanted to be able to finally download apps off of goole play. I keep this as a back up tablet and ended up getting a newer generation Kindle Fire instead. Missed my Fire too much. Hoping my fire is just too old and why it stopped connecting to xfinitys new system.UPDATE: I just tried to use this tablet on OCT 13 TH After ONLY 2 Months after buying it. And it won't turn on. I didn't even use it!. I kept it in my room only as a back up to my kindle. The only time I turned this on was maybe 5 or less than 10 times. And never longer than 5 minutes. Just to check a forex chart. An app that idiots moved off of my kindle tablet and to googleplay instead. So I was forced to use it on this tablet since you can't download and use any app in existence now anywhere except for Google play. But because this tablet's internet was connected to my phone's hotspot I only looked at the chart for less than 5 minutes. So I wouldn't use up my data plan. The app was free on kindle where I always have unlimited data. Anyway... after just 2 months of only turning this thing on less than 5 or 10 times it now does not work. I charged it for hours. And Nothing. The battery was on 90% before I turned it off. Not surprised. The plastic is so cheap that cracks every time I pick it up. Would never buy anything from iRulu again. 3 STARS TO 1

It is a major disappointment. So sluggish that even with a dedicated wifi connection it hearkens back to before the turn of the century using dial-up. I bought this for business so I did not bog it down with applications. Try to do more than one thing at a time and it s-l-o-w-s down even more. Constantly logs out of one page when you go to view another, which is highly irritating. My brother bought one of these for my daughter for christmas last year. After a few weeks she accidentally dropped it and broke the screen. They had also ordered her a really nice case, so I wanted to replace the tablet with the same one to fit the case. After ordering a new tablet, and only getting two weeks of use out of it, the screen stopped displaying an image. Backlight comes on, but no sigh of color, or the OS to be seen.

Cheap tablet and quality. Bought two of them to just play a short video on loop during tradeshows but they both lock up constantly. Used them for one show and got tired of restarting them just for them to be buggy again. You get what you pay for I guess.

Just received tablet... Upon opening, screen itself was popped out of encasement... Popped it back in, but would not properly stay in like a screen should be.Since this was just supposed to be for my grandma, I thought it would suffice, but then I noticed a chip of plastic missing from around the charging port as well... again, I thought, eh...I turned it on and after 5 mins of use the unit was SO hot that I had to turn it off as it was burning my hands...Blurry/fuzzy quality as well. Not as what is described and very very slow speed.Already packaged back up for return.

Don't buy this product. Cheap and the screen gave out after 2 weeks

really really slow processor.takes forever to load and even with the wifi, internet is so slow.

The media could not be loaded.  I received the tablet in perfect condition but the tablet does not turn on without the charger. I need a solution.
