I bought Navage system because I was always hunting for those squeeze bottles from the other brand. Don't get me wrong both systems work. But I keep better track of the Navage.The Eucalyptus can sting a bit - especially if you nose is raw with sneezing, congestion or constantly blowing your nose, but for me at least I'm willing to put up with a few seconds of discomfort for hours of relief. But that's just my opinion - as with everything your milage may vary...And the Eucalyptus really feels nice after waking up in the morning completely stuffed up. Honestly if it wasn't for the Eucalyptus I probably wouldn't bother buying the pods... they're a significant increase in cost. But they work and work well.

I started this journey when I googled how to get more suction out of my Navage. I love to use it when I'm sick, but sometimes it's just not enough with the regular salt pods. I ended up having to use 2 or 3 pods and when I'm really stuffed up I seem to struggle to get it flow. Well, these eucalyptus pods take it to the next level! I love them! I will say, I had my concerns for sure. I am very sensitive to smells. I don't like perfumes and other potent smells. They give me a headache. These pods were no issue for me. It's not really that strong and leaves a nice pleasant after scent. As far as burning, I didn't get that. Now, it is very cold and I guess that feels like burning and it could be looked at as mildly uncomfortable. You can use warm water to greatly reduce that effect. The after effects are extraordinary! It really clears you up! I felt like I did the first time I used the Navage. I will buy these going forward as they really work well. Enjoy!

Works great

There are a lot of divided review over this burning/not burning. For me it definitely felt like it was burning (just think of the sensation that menthol creates and apply that to the inside of your nose and partially to the outside of your skull [slightly like a brain freeze sensation]). However, the after feeling of the eucalyptus feels much better than the original pods and feels like it opens up the nose a lot more. So the after effect is more refreshing. Just for this fact I would prefer these over the original. The menthol sensation sometimes is worse and sometimes is more tame. I'm not sure why the sensation varies for me at times. The discomfort that it creates while using navage is worth it for the better after effect.

Eucalyptus leaves nasal passages feeling fresh longer than plain saline alone. Not much else to say. Great product akin to vicks vaporub but gentle for the nose. I use twice a day in Southern California - dirty air here, bad politicians and living in a dusty canyon with many oak trees.Btw: I tried their newer (forgot name) orange label box “flavor” and found it uninteresting, no better than saline, but it did have some oil in it - clove oil? I dont remember except that I was unimpresses. Eucalyptus is my winner to breathe more freely.

The eucalyptus scent is a nice change from the traditional saline. Just be prepared for it to burn during the first couple of uses.
