Can I buy a new band for this watch?

I can not answer this question. The reason is that I've never looked for the band to this watch as it cost me around $19-25 and I used it for about a year and half. So, I went to buy a new one.

Does the four buttons on side work?

It is working, but color of the button became yellow..dial color is black, it is also started remove and white color is taking place..

stupid cheap watch

Very bad 👎 get dammaged quickly from the water. And the black paint on the watch body gets sccrashed very quicly make the watch vey ugly.Not requmended....
