Excelente producto. Las uso para natación. Vi otras pesas similares pero usaban Velcro que en el agua se desabrochaban. Estas me encantan porque tiene un broche seguro y no se abren en el agua. Compré dos pares y los uso juntos como cinturón o por separado en muñecas y pies.

I have these in three different weights. They are AMAZING! I got to aqua aerobics 7 days a week and needed something to up the intensity. These are water proof, comfortable to wear (and adjustable) and do their job! Since adding them to my work outs I’ve gained more muscle definition ! Highly recommend this product.The product has faded a bit - but like I said I go to the pool everyday and realize it’s from the chlorine. But that doesn’t bother me

Dudé mucho en comprarlas porque durante la búsqueda, algo con lo que te vas a enfrentar es que el material (arena) se sale o es poco confiable las costuras de la misma, lo que no pasa con este producto a mi parecer, son estéticas y si sabes realizar los ejercicios correctamente no vas a tener problemas en usarlos durante tu rutina.

I ordered these to do home workouts during the pandemic. So far I've been impressed with the quality. To respond to reviewers who say that the clips are stiff or difficult to get undone - you can loosen the weights by undoing the Velcro fasteners. I'll be interested to try these in the pool when circumstances permit.
