They work great for me!! Podiatrist recommended.
Good value for the money. Even though they are a bit expensive, my podiatrist recommended these and they really help my feet feel better. It has arch support, but more important for me, it has a raised firm area just behind and under the center of the ball of my foot that helps with the specific problem my feet have (you'd have to talk to my podiatrist). They cost significantly more than the less expensive model, but I think they have been worth the money. They are well made, easy to trim and insert, stay in place, and will probably last a long time. Now I just need to buy more for my other shoes.

No more burning balls (balls of my feet)
Absolutely Amazing results for this 50+ year old. No more burning coals in the balls of my feet. I can play three rounds of disc golf in a day in total comfort with no more foot pain. Did not originally buy these for the pronation correction or arch support, but now I'm putting these in all my shoes. Seems to be helping all the joints from my feet to my lower back. Size 12/13 fits perfectly in my size 12 Keen outdoor shoes.

Works for ball of foot pain
I keep getting problems with something causing pain in the ball of my foot. It was behind the toes on the first "pad". Anyway, I looked at the cost of seeing a podiatrist and custom orthotics. Pretty expensive. These inserts were not cheap, but well worth it compared to the alternative. I can walk again and the first two issues I had resolved. The extra ball arch support on the Power Steps could have been 1/2 inch further forward in my opinion (in my case). However, they did the job. Overall, I happily recommend trying these if you would like to possibly save hundreds of dollars getting a specialist consult and custom orthotics. I also used these in conjunction with Curad corn/callous remover pads. (There are many brands and types of the latter.) They were applicable to my symptoms, removed the callouses that developed (and that had caused more pain) and provided a little extra cushioning to help tolerate the ball of foot pain until resolved.

Wonderful supports with arch support...substantial...and extra support in the middle of the arch
I was used to buying custom orthotics ...then my running store owner (who did the fittings soprofessionally and well) decided to close up...and retire. So about two years ago...I was at a very helpful shoe store...and they sold these there.I tried them on (or is it in?)...and my feet loved me. They have a little circle of supporttowards the middle of the lifted arch..and that was what was always added before...and makes all the difference in the world. (And I think it's only in the Pinnacle Plus)Those of you who knows what I'm talking about will appreciate that. And when youtry them, you'll feel instantly what I'm describing.Let me emphasize... these are not the lightweight or cheap Dr Scholl's insertsyou buy at the drugstore. These are close to full blown Orthotics. In fact I know podiatristswho use these as the "base" for their "custom" inserts. They are substantial. They are heavy duty. They fit well and don't move around. They really, really work well. And last a long time (last ones lasted two years)...and give real support. As far as the price, worth every penny. It's funny. I read reviews sometimes from people who have to say that productsthey look at cost to much.If they don't have any money, maybe that's understandable. If they can afford it, but are just cheapskates...then they are just cheapskates.Maybe they just like to complain. But my shoes cost about $200.00. My boots twice that. I run several days a week. I wearmy work boots 3-4 days a week. I use them.If i can afford that...then it's certainly worth spending money to make myfeet love me. And these do that. They get my 100% Endorsement.

Fabulous Results For Me
I am in my mid-50's. When I was a teenager and into my 20's, I played tennis professionally. In those days the shoe technology was terrible, and tournaments were played mostly on concrete courts. As a result of the years of pounding and stress fractures, one of my feet is ruined and the other one is merely mis-shapen and painful. I can't walk barefoot or in flip-flops for more than a few steps without limping. So I choose my footwear carefully. For decades, I paid thousands to have custom orthotics made by Podiatrists and Orthopedists so that I could walk more or less normally. Frustrated by the cost of custom orthotics, about 5 years ago I ordered every orthotic in the FootSmart catalog and tried them all (approx 15 different designs). For me, the Footsmart line of orthotics were instantly almost magic. I now own about 20 pairs amongst the Pinnacle, Pinnacle Plus, and Pinnacle MAXX. I mix them up depending on the fit of the type of shoe I'm wearing. Now I routinely go in 10-12 mile hikes and can walk all day. I still have some pain at times, but nothing a few Advil won't eliminate.I haven't bought any more $900 pairs of custom orthotics since I switched to Pinnacle. The Pinnacle Plus is a nice addition to the line. They take a little getting used to, as you must gradually get accustomed to the additional metatarsal pad. They are particularly good for shoes that are either a half-size big, or shoes with soles that aren't quite stiff enough.Bad feet are such a difficult and individual problem, I can't guarantee the Pinnacle Insoles will be as good for you are they are for me, but they're definitely worth a try.

I cannot live without.
Having a Morton’s neuroma and trying several different inserts for my shoes, these were the ones. They are expensive however they are worth it if you suffer from foot pain. I bought a pair for every pair of shoes. Watch lightning deals because they occasionally go on sale.
