Good whistle
Really good whistle. I use it for my hockey referee gigs. It has a muffled sound so it's easier on the ears. It has held up really well after 2 seasons.

Very comfortable, and not shrill. I haven't tried to take the volume to 11 yet but it sounds good and won't slip off your fingers

Who buys a whistle for a 7-year-old?
HA! I bought this for my grandson who is an avid hockey player. He was thrilled to get this whistle. The quality is excellent. It isn't too loud since he is only seven and hasn't figured out how to really blow hard into it. Thankfully his hockey area is down the basement so it's not annoying when he is using it.
