Great product and customer service!
I was very skeptical buying such a large item through Amazon, but I'm happy I did.We purchased our 13x13 and received all 5 boxes within a few days. The boxes are clearly labeled and includes a packing/parts list in each box. Included amongst the parts was an organizer for all the little screws, bolts, and misc. items. Nothing seems to be left out in terms of making the i initial customer experience a positive one, including their customer service. Though I didn't need to contact them, the initially contacted ME to keep me updated on the shipping and to let me know that they are there if I needed them. That is pretty cool in this day and age. Awesome job Purple Leaf!It took me about 16 hours to get it together with help from my son, but the end product is so worth it. The gazebo itself is well engineered with quality materials. There really are no flimsy parts or major design flaws. It is also very stout.Overall, I will definitely buy from Purple Leaf again.

very nice and beautiful
great value, shipping was high, getting it together took about 7 hrs, I was lucky to have a person who was a master of putting things together. we unpacked the boxes and checked to make sure everything was there, it was, have plenty of helpers , i had 6 people when it was finished it came out beautiful, so pleased ,i installed the fan i highly recommend getting the fan it gets hot on warm days the fan is reversible and has light in it.also the instructions say only put 6 curtain hooks each side, it wasn't enough put all the hooks in for you cannot put them in later, that way you have plenty and have extra in case of breakage. the curtains and screen are very nice, glad we got them.

Great Quality
Love this Gazebo. Purple Leaf also has great customer service and emailed great hints for the installation. The middle legs, the "B" parts were damaged during delivery. I notified them and new "B" parts where here in 4 days. It did take us 13 plus hours over 2 weekends to assemble, be patient and follow directions that are clear, and all parts labeled correctly. Definitely is easier with 3 sets of hands or more. It is absolutely beautiful and hope to enjoy it as soon as I put my new furniture together. We put our Gazebo on our Deck, after we had to have our tree removed and needed shade. We needed to create a height adjustment due to our deck being 2 different levels, so we set the legs into flower pots and used wood inside of the pots to adjust the height. I will use fake fern leaves to fill the pots like I did in the middle pot.

This is the one!
I saw a gazebo at someone's house and decided I needed one. My family loves to enjoy our backyard but between the sun and mosquitos the fun can end quickly. Not anymore! I researched and researched gazebos- this is the one! The customer service is incredible. It took my husband and I 16 hours to build it over a weekend- mind you we have two small children who kept interrupting our progress. Well worth it! The hardest part for us was figuring how to anchor it. Since its been up we have enjoyed it every day!! Definitely recommend.

Great gazebo, but realize there are some things to consider.
Overall, I think this is a great structure. Yes, there were some minor issues with the build, and the direction should have been ordered better and clearer in explanation, however, that's a one-time thing, not on-going. The screening seems super durable compared to other ones we've had (in one picture you can see our old gazebo that we replaced), but time will tell.Assembly: The parts were easy to work with, for the most part. One of the pieces (part "E") had a burr on each one that got in the way when assembling, but a pair of pliers helped flatten it and it didn't delay the assembly. We had another issue while assembling, as it wasn't really clear what the difference between parts M & M1 was, until we went to add the panels, and we found that one had an extra hole that is needed on the short sides. Our fault for not looking at the pictures carefully enough (there are no actual written instructions, which if they were there may have pointed it out). A slight delay while we carefully removed and swapped the part. Another issue is all of the screws that go into it. It makes it very solid, but when adding the panels, they seem to take for-ev-er to put together. The only really difficult part was adding on part "R" which covers the endcaps at the corners (I think there are 8 of them). If you don't have the parts aligned perfectly, it can be difficult to add them on.MAJOR SUGGESTION: The kit comes with a hex-key to tighten the bolts. Hand tightening would have been a pain and made the kit exceedingly long in time to build. We used an electric screwdriver and an appropriately sized hex bit to tighten the screws. Just keep the diver on ratchet and at about a tightness of 3, so it tightens, but doesn't over-tighten.WARNING: When assembling the panels, DO NOT work during periods of high sunlight and warmer temperatures. The panels will get exceedingly warm to hot if they are not in the shade. You may notice that we did not hang the curtains. We never closed them on our old gazebo, so we saw no need to hang them on this one. We also had wasps that loved to build nests in the folds of the old curtains, and this way we also eliminate that problem. For us, we hung the screens just off from the corners. If you notice, our stairs are at the corner, so this way we can more easily enter the gazebo, as opposed to having the opening in the middle, which would put it somewhere in the railing area. Unfortunately the velcro loops to hold the screen to the posts are not aligned properly, so 2 are threaded through the railing, and the other 2 just hang uselessly. This was our choice, not a failing of the product, hence no loss of stars for this.COMFORT: Now here is where I dropped it a star. The inside of the gazebo (in Atlanta on a warm day) gets very stifling. Unbearably so. Unless there is a breeze, it is unusable. There is an opening between the 2 levels of the roofing, but the warm air doesn't really flow out well at all. There are 2 hooks and a "U" hanger at the top of the gazebo for lights or a fan, etc. I put my thinking cap on and decided to alleviate the issue with a greenhouse exhaust fan for $40 here on Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DGGCP1J5, along with some black ducting for $15, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09WD3T53P. I screwed the fan to a piece of wood, added an I-bolt to the wood, and hung the fan upside down, with the ducting pushed out through the area between the roofing levels. I also bought a light to hang for use at night, for $57, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B096DSV1LL (ours was missing the included light bulb). Both the fan and light are plugged into a smart plug, $20 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BMWLH7X1, and can be controlled by Siri (HomeKit), Alexa, or Google controllers. This way we can turn them on/off without having to climb a ladder each time. Unfortunately the gazebo design doesn't allow for a power cord to be run and easily hidden. Fortunately for us, one side faces a fence, so a 50' outdoor extension cord runs out the area between the roof levels, down that side towards a corner. We then tie-wrapped it to the backside of one of the posts and off to the outlet. The smart plug /extension cord connection is under the upper roofing (along with the plugs for the light and fan) so they all stay out of the rain, and we unplug the extension cord when it is not in use.Again, a great gazebo, once you workaround the flaws that come with any hardtop gazebo.

Top tier
Would give it 10 stars if I could!!! Quality is only rivaled by the amazing customer service… second to none. Just had a nor’easter and my gazebo was as solid as any other building! Plenty of rainstorms in the northeast this year with absolutely no leakage.I have now become a huge fan of Purple Leaf products.I wish I had gotten the gray one, but that is absolutely on me, this is a sturdy, solid product.

Great Product - Nice Gazebo
Great product.... Well built.. Instructions were fairly easy to follow. The screens were surprisingly heavy duty. The installation videos online say it's a 2 person project but i was able to assemble this unit by myself with a little bit of Enginuity. Total time to build by myself was probably about 12 hours. Not terrible. We love the finished product!
