Iron or no iron
The picture shows how it came out of the package. Depending on the use of the fringe ribbon you may need to iron it. If you do iron it do it in a wool setting. Cotton was too hot and melted the ribbon. I will cut it with a hot tool so I am not concerned with fraying.

Lots of colors, very stiff polyester.
Was very stiff polyester. One was in two pieces and ends frayed easily. Careful ironing as it melts with high temps.

A waste of money.
This product is of very poor quality. Don’t waste your money. One positive it’s colorful but very small twisted and wrinkles from being vacuumed sealed . So after being turned down for a refund, I tried to iron out the wrinkles and twists in a piece but that failed to do anything but gum up my good iron! Groan…
