Note 240 volt 20amp power needed for this unit!The heat output in winter is adequate for our use in southern MS. It uses heat strips and not reverse cycle so it should work in colder climates.The ac likewise works to the described btu level.A good buy so far.An Update:We recently had record cold 15f & 8 inches of snow a record for South MS. Snowmageddon 2025. It was cold and did not get above 32F for 2 days...cold. This unit supplied heat to the sun room without fail during this time. The unit ran a lot but the room stayed at 65f (where it was set) for the whole time. The heater is a coil not reverse cycle so low temps do not interfere with it. It does draw a lot of power (@ 240 volts) when running this way but it will provide heat in 15F temps. size the unit to the needs of the room and it will work.

We are using ours to cool a room in our barn. But it also has heating capabilities that we use in the winter so our pipes don't freeze that same room. It was easy to install just make sure you have the proper electrical outlet for it. I love it, it works great and is very easy to use. I think it was a good value. The noise level depends on how high you have the fan set.

We have only had it for a couple of weeks and have not had very hot weather but it seems to work great. Installation went fairly easy.

I was very excited to find this product and I read all of the information about it very carefully. However when it arrived I found the unit requires 220 V AC the Amazon description says it uses 115 V AC this is completely different from the description. Very disappointing. I am sure it is a great machine... I just cannot run it because of incorrect information in the description.

We used this for our "man cave" room because it is not hooked up to the Central heat and air in our house. It was quieter (noise level) than our old unit, worked much faster and better went from 74 degrees to 62 in about 45 min and then my husband was shivering about halfway through the movie we were watching out there (Perfect for my pregnant self). Remote control works fine but we got a smart device so we can turn it on from our phones which also works well so in the winter we can heat it up without freezing to death to keep the pipes warm. Not sure how energy efficient it is yet because we have only used it a few times, but we like it. Room is about 20ft by 20ft including a full bathroom.

This works great put it in my tiny home but did take a long time to be shipped out but once it was ship arrived fast.
