This thing is huge.
I love this GPS. It's super accurate and once I learned how to use the different, advanced functions, it's better than any GPS I've had in the past. Even from the same brand. It's pretty fast to get routed and will re-route itself within a minute or two. The only thing I'd like to have is a louder speaker because it's hard to hear when my windows are open.

Don’t buy it…
Its not intuitive. It’s not like using Google maps.First, putting in your destination address isn’t as simple as typing it in. On one screen you type the numeric part hit enter and on the next screen you type in the street male, etc. There are no instructions to tell you how to do that.Fuel stops are buried in some tab. You can’t look them up by address. Let’s say you want to use the Pilot in Kingman Az. You can’t put in the address to add it to your stops. You have to touch the screen for the city it is in, then a search button pops up and you get a list of fuel stops on the left pane then you scroll through tons of them, tap on it and it to add it to your trip plan. You can’t update the maps through your hotspot on your phone, it can take a few hours and it won’t work that way. You need a land line internet connection. You also can’t buy the map/software updates from Garmin on a SIM card either.I am only home on weekends, am not paying for internet, am hardly home, it’s pointless. This thing is made ok, I bought a refurbished one to save a few bucks, it was fine. The 8” screen does make a difference but the thing is too fiddly. It can take you a long time to plan your trip. Doesn’t make life easier. Am not doing city driving so I guess I don’t need this thing.

What can I say about this product? It's amazing.
I am a professional truck driver. The durability of this product is okay. The features are very well laid out.Although you will have to go through them a little bit. Screen size to me is perfect. G p s functionality very good, although could use some work. Voice quality it is what it is. I must say, it has been a very useful tool. Take the time, get to know it and you will not be sorry.

Works well
I have no major issues with this unit and have been using for a little over 8 months. It's very easy to mount, and you have the choice of landscape or portrait orientation. Like with any GPS you have to use it knowing it isn't going to be 100% accurate 100% of the time. With that said, routing has been okay, with minor issues, like getting you to the street, but not knowing exactly where the building is, or it has led me to the building but doesn't know where the shipping and receiving entrances are. I usually use Google along with the Garmin in those situations. The other minor issue is that last year, I found a newly built Loves from another app that the Garmin didn't list. After a couple of updates, that Loves still doesn't show up. I haven't run into many of these but have seen some road changes slow to show up on the Garmin, and the last minor issue is, sometimes the speed limit shown on the Garmin doesn't match the posted speed limit and may take some time to update. One example is I40 east of Knoxville in TN. The speed limit on the Garmin shows 55 but the posted speed limit is 65. I first noticed this in January of 23 and it was still doing the same in May, after a couple of updates. Overall, I'm pleased with this Garmin.
