Where is the ascorbic acid in your Vitamin C dreived from (i.e. corn, etc.)? Also, where is this made?

Ascorbic acid I is vitamin C. They guy saying it isn't vitamin C, is 100% wrong. A great example of the Dunning Kruger effect in action. From the Mayo Clinic "Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a nutrient your body needs to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle and collagen in bones. Vitamin C is also vital to your body's healing process."

Ascorbic acid is vitamin C. All vitamin C is made in lab from corn. To extract it from food would be prohibitively expensive. Gave me abdomen burn

Although this is a great vitamin C product, but for some reason it gave me abdominal burn and some kind of cramps.Could be just me, I don't know. But won't be buying this again.You might want to try it, as it is good, as long as you don't get any side effects.
