Cage works great. Size is perfect
The cage is made of metal not plastic. Very durable, Ball release cup needed a slit adjustment. Maybe bent in packing.No problem. Cage works great. Size is perfect.

It wasnt that I didnt like it. The first time we used it
It wasnt that I didnt like it. The first time we used it , it broke. We tried to fix it and other people tried too but it was useless. I have like everything else. I lived in a place where we have a community room and we played bingo down there. I thought this would be ideal but it broke.

Great quality. A bit tight to open to put the balls in. This was bought for senior citizen bingo so I'm sure with use it will loosen up.

Have used S&S for years and years but I’m disappointed, the ball tray is bent to one side ...
Have used S&S for years and years but I’m disappointed, the ball tray is bent to one side and the rails had to be squeezed tighter to keep the balls from ending up 2 balls wide. The latch is super tight and difficult to open.

MISSING MOST IMPORTANT PART OF CAGE!
Received my cage today & the ball release “cup” isn’t attached nor in the box. I am a PROFESSIONAL Bingo host for hundreds of people a week & expected this cage (and all parts) for my gig this weekend & now I can’t use it! I’d appreciate the piece I need sent IMMEDIATELY!

The cage is well made and works well with the 3/4" plastic balls I have.

Functions but Small
The cage is very small. We bought it for an elderly apartment complex and they were not happy with the size.
