I converted a bedroom to a home gym and wanted a poster to help me with pre and post workout stretching. This is the perfect size (for me) and allows me to get a good stretch in. It comes rolled so I would recommend you utilize tacks to hold it to the wall - tape does not hold very long at first.

I like that it's laminated... but had to lay it under the mattress for a couple days to flatten it out. The size is perfect for my needs. Came in a VERY sturdy poster tube.

These posters are laminated and are perfect for hanging. Nowadays workplaces are promoting stretching exercises before work. With that out of the way. These are great. They used a real model which is a plus. If you're tried of or the stretches you already know are starting to bore you. Your looking to switch things up. This would be a great start. The supplier used poster tubes. I was very excited that someone cares for their customers. I recommend this.
