I’ve been using these for a few years and they seem to be working well.

I've been taking Acidophilus for years. I never really have a preference as they all seem to work as they should: help ward off colds, infections and keep tummy in check and help with digestion. Thus, when I purchase them I try to buy the same brand I've been buying but when it isn't available, I purchase another. I found this brand in Whole Foods when I needed some more. I really like the ease of use for these. They slide down my throat smoothly and more easily than the pill. When I need to give to my cats with an upset stomach, I just open the capsule and get what i need. now I'll buy them regularly.
