Replaced two shower heads with hand held wands, they did not angle down enough after installation. I bought 2 of these for my roman shower and they are perfectly angled down now. I did use two wrenches to tighten up the ball joint so it could hold up the hand wands. Out of the box they will likely be too loose to hold the weight of the wands as many have commented. You can tighten the ball joint a lot but remember the parts that hook up to the plumbing and your showerhead should not be tightened down too much or they will leak. Whoever the plumber is who said these did not work is not a very good plumber. Picture w/water running.I am writing this as I am buying a 3rd hammerhead for the guest room shower. Worth the extra $$ BUY AMERICAN !!!

This was the solution to our problem! It was an easy install and allowed us to position our shower head so it could point further down and not spray our shower door. It arrived quickly and as described!

This worked perfectly and the installation was a breeze. No leakage, a nice weight and it isn't made of cheap materials. It took just a few minutes to install. We even removed it and reinstalled to see if there could be any problems with reinstalling and we had no problems at all. The price was great for the quality especially when a product does what it is advertised to do.

It seems to work but I'd wished the screws was made larger or of a harder metal. This one is easy to strip while tightening. It did solve the problem of the angle spray.

I just got my product today and got it installed. I don’t usually leave a review unless I absolutely hate the product or absolutely love it. I love this thing! It was easy to install and works very well. I’ve seen reviews about it not fitting with the size of the existing spout and or shower head. I don’t know why except that maybe whoever was installing it didn’t get the threads lined up properly. Also I’ve seen complaints about the shower falling because the ball joint was too loose and couldn’t hold the weight of the shower head. I thought that was going to happen with mine but the force of the water holds the ball joint in place once the shower is turned on. I am very happy with this product and I’m so happy that I can take a shower without having to stand at the end of my tub to get the water on me. I’m 70+ and a woman, if I can install this, anyone can.

For those like me that misread their ad and thought this was made in America it is not. When I opened the package and saw made in China on there I got a bit angry at first but then re-read their description and they do state that they are an American company not that the device was made in America. My fault (Reading really is fundamental :) )We are in the process of getting our bathrooms remodeled and got the first bathroom completed with a new Moen Magnetix Attract shower head and hand nozzle. Got all setup for the first shower and... disappointment. The water flow was terrible. We couldn't use both the shower head and the and nozzle at the same time as both would just sort of drip on you. You had to flip from one shower head to the other to be able to have any usable pressure and even then it was much lower than I would like.Looking online this seems to be a common occurrence with this particular unit as it has a very aggressive water restriction module installed. I found lots of Youtube videos that walk you thru pulling the restrictor out but I really didn't want to disassemble my brand new shower and possible goof it up. Once I found out where the restrictor was located I started looking for replacement parts and came across this one.Wow what a difference this makes. I can now run both showerheads at the same time without any loss of pressure. The shower actually feels good now after a long day at work. In fact it was so good I had to order a second unit for the other bathroom that is still being completed.I am only using the ball head of this model (Picture with the plastic ring). The ball head is a perfect sized replacement for the Moen Magnetix Attract unit that we purchased. Installation couldn't have been any simpler. Unscrew the existing shower head, remove the Moen restricted ball head and replace with this one. Make sure that the washer and the plastic ring from the Moen unit get transferred over. There is a plastic ring on this one as well but I opted to keep the Moen one and have not had any issues. Not sure what the difference between the two are but they interchanged just fine.I read a review that said they did not receive any washer but I did not have that issue. Mine came packaged in a neat box. Washers were installed and there is a nice cover to protect the threads in shipping. Also included enough plumbers tape to install the new ball head.All together a great product. Even ordered my longer hose lines from this company as well due to the results with this first purchase.

This part was just what we ordered and has worked perfectly.
