What is Sodium content per tablespoon? I can’t read label

Sodium Content = 930mg per 1T ~ 40% DV

Although the sticker on the packaging says white miso, it is not. It's not peanut butter colored like the picture, it's dark reddish brown. ?????

It is White Miso. The term "White" is misleading. It does not refer to the color of the miso. White Miso: This miso is made from soybeans that have been fermented with a large percentage of rice. Yellow Miso: Yellow miso is usually made from soybeans that have been fermented with barley and sometimes a small percentage of rice. Red Miso: This is also typically made from soybeans fermented with barley or other grains, though with a higher percentage of soybeans and/or a longer fermentation period. The darkening color of miso is caused by the 'maillard reaction,' which occurs when amino acids from soybeans chemically react with sugar and turn brown. That’s because miso is alive, and it continues to ferment, albeit very slowly. However, darkening of the color occurs rapidly especially in a warm environment. It does not pose any food safety threat.

The Perfect Japanese Restaurant Style Miso (for soup)

First off, I don't know the difference between the apparently vast number of Miso pastes available, so the comments about receiving red or brown miso instead of white make no difference to me. The "white" miso that arrived looks a bit reddish tan - the five other Shiro White miso pastes I ordered looked the sameI was searching for Japanese restaurant style miso for soup with no luck, but THIS IS IT!!This miso makes the perfect miso soup! From the simple, high quality, ingredients to the very low price, this miso won - hands down.

What you see is NOT what you get

What you get IS NOT what is in the photo nor in the description. Based on that, I thought I was getting white miso. What I received was a very dark brown miso., this is HACHO miso. That which is shown is very deceiving. I was extremely disappointed.

DEFECTIVE!! DO NOT BUY!

This shirt miso is usually a pale color and has a very good flavor. The latest shipment arrived and it is dark chocolate brown.I will not use it and I don't feel like tasting it as something is wrong here.Tried a second order but it has the same problem!! DO NOT ORDER!!
