This sauce is spicy but it has a good tangy flavor, it reminds me of Louisiana sauce but WAY hotter and has a much richer flavor. I like it on tons of different Puerto Rican dishes, or on anything fried/chicken wings/ loaded baked potato/tots/skins/etc.

Value for money, and i really liked that it had good flavor, not just heat. But it definitely has heat!

Don’t be confused when you’ll look at the date on the bottle they put a born on date and expiration date and you might look at the on date and think oh no it’s already expired. No, it hasn’t. The sauce brings out the flavor of your food without overpowering it. It is warm, but it’s not too warm. It’s very nice. My new go to. Dear Melinda, get rid of the White Cap red or black or even orange but not white that’s lame. How about a cap that says Melinda‘s or scorpion sauce?

Shipping was very fast and the price is right. This is my favorite hot sauce because, as I like to subscribe it, "It will take your face right off." However, hot sauce that is just hot is not worth anything. This hot sauce has a tangy flavor that sets it apart.

Fantastic balance in flavor and heat. To me the flavor profile is very sweet with slow heat that does not linger. I use heavily on most foods. I use less in soups, the sweetness tends to grow in a broth. I bought the 4 pack. The 4 pack comes in a very sturdy box, no issues.

I eaten a lot of hot sauces over my years and this one taste great for being a Super Hot Pepper Hot sauce. I've eaten both the Ghost Pepper and the Scorpion Pepper and they are both very good for a Super Hot sauce. I personally like the Scorpion one better but they are both good and hot.They may not be hot enough for some people but I don't eat sauce to burn myself down. There is always a sauce out there that can hurt you. I want it hot and the taste has to be there or I won't eat it.
