Wasn't hard to set up. Looks great. The paper towels rip pretty bad on the way put but maybe that's user error. Thank you

the opening is closed enough that towels don't fall out, keeps it tight enough that one towel at a time is removed. You'll need to find that sweat spot of towel, when pulling down, with wet hands to stop from ripping corners off. Quality product for the price, fast shipping.

Handy for hand drying but towels have to be centered exactly to feed out when you pull out. And both hands have to be used

Opening too small!
Paper towels are extremely difficult to get out…you have to use both hands and pull “just right” from each side simultaneously. Definitely do NOT recommend.
