Q: On this product page under "5 Things to Understand" 1 and 2 contradict one another. 1. says it will not remove existing deposits, but 2. says it will?

I know this is late, but I Think it is a definition to the language that they use to describe their products. So if they say something “keeps it clean” that’s the company’s way of saying “it won’t get it clean, it’s just for preventative measures only.” Does that make sense? Hope it helped

Hi George. I use this product at every 5k mile oil change. I have a 2008 Prius with 160k miles. The pistons tend to carbon up which causes an engine knock under load because carbon buildup increases the compression ratio. The Regain fuel additive seems to help. I recently did a top engine clean using the GM "AC Delco Top Engine Cleaner" and a modified cleaning procedure. The piston tops were 100% cleaned of carbon deposits and the engine knock under load was gone.

Sometimes when you run out of gas there is dirt and junk on the bottom of the fuel tank and that would get sucked up into your fuel filter and partially clog it. You may want to look into changing your fuel filter first. This product will not hurt to use it anytime but it won't unclog your fuel filter.

Q: Can you use this in any truck?

As far as I know of course I used it my BMW

Para usar el mejor polimero (PEA) que actua como detergente para limpiar el sistema de combustible completo incluidos inyectores WOW! esta barato. Es superior a Lucas porque tiene PEA. The right stuff

It's got PEA which some don't even claim to contain. Use this as a preventive to keep carbon build-up under control to prevent future problems. The price is right, a lot cheaper than some. Time will tell.
