Love this! Taste is pleasant and works wonders for me. Gives you a boost!

So, first, let me say I started using this product at the recommendation of my doctor. I researched a lot of brands and settled on this one because I'm not a fan of the pill form of anything. That said, this product has corrected the reason why I started taking it. It has a pleasant taste, though I take it sublingual. One thing I will point out for me is, it doesn't always give me a boost in energy. In fact, in some instances I found right after taking it it depleted my energy and I would just feel drained. It's probably worth noting that I take omeprazole occasionally and there is supposedly a mild interaction with regards to absorption. I do find that I have more mental clarity though. Oh oh oh one last thing, so there was a long stretch where the product was not available of course due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, so when it became available the first thing I noticed was the dropper appeared different. The end of the old dropper used to be a little longer leaner and pointier. This one is short stumpy and cheapish. Also, the markings on this new dropper are disappearing. In the liquid bottle?? I'm not particularly impressed with that part and I am mad at myself for not keeping my last bottle before this one arrived. Other than that it's convenient and well tolerated and overall a very good product. I'll be contacting the company in regards to the dropper.

The only thing is that being in Arizona is that you should be ship this in a cold pack. The bottle was quite warm almost hot.

Tastes great. I only started recently eating vegetarian and read that I need to up my B12 intact. This product is easy to take, just a dropper-full every couple of days to maintain my B12.
