I ordered these because I had hip replacement surgery and now one leg is a 1/4 inch shorter than the other. My orthopedist supplied one which is very good but expensive. These looked and, by description, sounded similar so I bought them for the convenience of not having to move a lift from one pair of shoes to another. They feel the same and do what I need but the glue used to hold them in place is not nearly as good as the original one I have. The original one, even after being moved from pair of shoes to pair of shoes over half a dozen times still holds in place, these have less glue area and, when I take off the shoe it’s in, it lifts off and I have to put it back in place. It’s a bit annoying but since these cost $15 for two and the original I have costs $17 for one, I will order more if in need them. These types of lifts do have to be replaced every few months as they will flatten out from continual use so cost does factor into my thinking. I do recommend them but, because the glue isn’t very good, only gave three stars.

This adjustable and comfortable heel lift allows me to walk better! I’m no longer walking with one leg shorter than the other. It was very easy to use!

Just recently ran into a problem from an old spine injury where my one leg is now a 'little bit' shorter than the other. Trying to do hills with lawnmower, work outside, etc, has become PAINFUL. Added these inserts to my shorter leg and now the pressure is 'almost' gone. With a few more adjustments I may just old off the need for hip / spine surgery. SO glad I found these.
