Okay, so I realize these give off “diaper” vibes, and they technically are. However I will never go back. As someone who has extremely heavy almost hemorrhage like periods, pads don’t cut it. I’m used to wearing overnight pads all day long and still experience crazy leaks out the sides from gushing. I basically live in these now during my periods. The amount of pants, sheets, undies and furniture I’ve ruined is sad! When I got these I was a bit defeated because I hated the idea of wearing a diaper at 20, but it was my last resort and I’ve never been happier. I know these are meant for nighttime but I wear them 7 days straight in my periods. It makes life so much easier to be able to work all day and sleep all night with zero issues. I work in a hospital as a nurse so I’m always running around and on my feet, I hardly ever have time to go to the bathroom and change, let alone the amount of expensive scrub pants I’ve destroyed!! These are so soft and comfy, they fit like a glove. I was a bit worried they would be too big since I wear a size 2-4 in pants but they fit me sooooo good! It took so getting used to, the first day or so was a bit strange, turns out I had them on backwards haha. I wish they had a little like f and b on each side inside to tell you, but I found that when you unfold it, the side that you unfold the hip wings from is the front. It’s slightly lower cut than the back. I can not even explain how lifesaving these are. I feel actually normal now. I can do anything I can when I’m not on my period with no worries. As for sleep, these are so comfy, I don’t have to wear anything over them (granted when I’m home I hardly do either haha!) I am a crazy sleeper, side, back, stomach and back and forth and have had no leaks! No issues! It contains it all flawlessly! These help me feel normal and bring back my sense of security after years of tiptoeing around my period.

I'm overweight due to lipodystrophy and pcos, but have small sized hips and butt. I struggled for MANY years trying to find something that works overnight for heavy bleeding that wont leak. This is it! Even though I am a 2xl shirt, I am a size 12ish pants. I get the small sized ones and wear them under my waist.Pros:-Great fit around the legs-Never had a leak so far, and I'm a super-heavy bleeder with clots.-Comfortable, not hot or sweaty-coverage high up the front and the back-Not noticeable under loose clothingCons:-A little noisy when you first put them on. Eases up after wearing them for a short period.-I don't particularly like the way they smell, but the smell isn't bad to me. Just feels perfumed.- Cost is more than traditional pads, but WELL worth it. I don't sleep in anything else and frequently use these on my heavy days during regular daytime for extra coverage. These have saved me during the night on heavy flow days, no leaks ever. They are surprisingly comfortable. Fit just snug enough without feeling constricting. I was worried it would feel and sound like a diaper when I walked but they don't at all. In my pajama pants you can't even tell.

I like this product but it needs improvement. For one the strong chemical smell there is no reason for it to smell that strong. 2. The pad on the inside needs to be full coverage for those that sleep on their back and stomachs.

Works as it should. No leaks and stays in place all night. Thin thick enough and completely covers from front to back so there’s no leaks. Didn’t cause any irritation either.

Smells really good! Very breathable light weight, good value for money just hope that it was a bit larger at the back but I totally love these.
