Good quality

Drains the extra water
Love that this drains the water that always accumulates in ice bags. I also really like that your hand does not touch the ice ever with the deign of the handle. Highly recommend!

This is a nice little scoop. I have a commercial application and it works well and has lasted.

Great but came broken
The product states that it has two mounting brackets, it only came with one. The only one it came with was also broken, looks like the weld was broken. The scoop itself is nice, but the overall quality of the other parts are not there. It’s best to just physically mount it.

Really love the product; came with a couple of missing pieces but the two main items are terrific. So so sanitary; really love it and would buy again.

Great price
I love the color and it comes with everything you need for an ice machine. For the price you can't go wrong. You can suction it to the machine or use the metal to hang it over the edge, depending on what kind of machine you have.
