Comfortable carrying strap
I use this strap for carrying my camera with a 200-600 mm lens attached. Very easy to attach to the Leofoto lens mount with the quick release button.

Awesome Sling - Really Versatile
I was using another sling that I had purchased on Amazon to carry my camera, grip, and large lens. I never really liked the way the sling attached to the lens foot, and was constantly trying different attachments on the lens foot to make it agreeable. I also purchased the Leofoto lens foot for my Sony FE 200-600 zoom, and wanted to try this strap with the ‘magpul’ connection. This setup is so much easier and secure! I added a safety tether as well, but this strap is really well made, and can be used for a variety of other uses, like as a tripod strap, etc. I like that it has some weight to it, as once I put my rig on a tripod, I can leave the strap on without it sliding off my shoulder.

No more straps
This upgrade has been a great addition to my heavy camera. I use it with a very lightweight Arca-Swiss plate, which is also compatible with my 3-way geared head whenever I need it. Additionally, I’ve found it useful with my gimbal. (I’m still contemplating buying a SmallRig grip for increased comfort.)

Nice long strap when carrying camera for extended period.
When using a long lens I don't want to use the camera's strap wile hanging a five pound lens off the front, potentially warping the lens mount, especially with mirrorless cameras. Instead I use this strap attached to the lens. You need plates and L-plates that have the quick-release mount built in. Most the Really Right Stuff plates I've used are set up to use this type of strap.

Great QD, but does not operate as a “sling”… too much drag
The QD connectors are great, smooth, well fittingDoes not operate as a “sling” as they don’t slide up the strap like the Black Rapid

Dropped my Sony A1 100-400 lens, damaging the lens. NOT a reliable Magpul replacement!
I have the original Magpul strap but I liked other Leofoto gear (mini tripod) so I thought I'd give the Leofoto strap a try. I used it trouble-free for months, but this weekend on a simple walk I heard the most awful sound and turned to see my Sony A1 and 100-400 laying on the concrete. The strap had been connected to a Kirk QD lens plate that was firmly mounted to the Sony 100-400 lens, and the strap let go of the plate, allowing the camera and lens to crash to the ground. At first I was surprised and assumed that I had failed to fully engage the QD connector, and I blamed myself. But when I picked the camera up and firmly inserted the straps QD connector firmly into the QD receiver onthe lens plate, I was shocked to see that with a moderate tug, I could pull the camera/lens right off of the connector. I grabbed my Magpul strap when I got home and tried the same thing on the camera found that it held firm. I'm not a big patron of Magpul as it is a firearms company, but I will be using their straps, NOT Leofoto's. I now face an expensive repair bill as my lens sustained some minor damage on the camera mount plate and it is on it's way to a Sony service center for repair.

Almost cost me $10K.
Be careful of the magpul assembly that attaches to the Leofoto foot. The screw came out, the assembly fell apart. Luckily I was alert enough to prevent camera from hitting the pavement. SONY A1, VG-C4EM Vertical Grip and Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS Lens.I will probably add some lite thread locker to the screws before using again.
