I don't take this everyday, but i promise you it helps when you start to get that niggle.My procedure.Getting the niggle, sometimes the niggle is not that bad, sometimes it comes on a little too quick, as soon as that happens I start the colchicine, the etorocoxib and this cleanser all at once. I have 5 litres of water in the day and it helps to stop it becoming a full blown attack.Easy to swallow, effective to take one in morning one at night, gives you the relief from gout...only thing i dont like is the bag it comes in, would have preferred a standard jar but not too bothered
