It is not up to the mark we need
Not properly work as we expected and it is not right product for our required and I have already request for return and had conversation with the customer care executive twice and they said ,they will investigation within three days but they didn’t. Today when I checked the status but it says item isn’t returnable . This is really wrong and not acceptable . So I need to talk please call me

User Friendly
Im an Ayurvedic Doctor... The cases I deal with are more to spine and joint related issues... I need a lot of Physiotherapy equipment support to deal with such cases.. I think this a was a brilliant decision I made to purchase this equipment...

The timer does not work
The timer does not work. When set to 10 mins, it trips with in 1 min.I received the device 5 days ago only.

Not recommended
Product is of good built quality and has all the accessories.But the biggest problem with this product is that it is hurting a lot on application site.Rather than stimulation it is giving electric ⚡ burns on skin.My mother's leg's skin was burnt and got tiny red circles.It is not at all recommended to buy this product.(My mother has used this type of machine prior to this but she has never got any burn before)But I am very grateful that Amazon customer care team has issued to me a full refund for this product.(I have given 2 stars only for the exceptional help from Amazon team.)This product is of no use and it can harm you.

Working fine
Tens meter is working fine till use.Wires length are also fine. Overall product performance is good.
