Gets more out than you thought
Our tanks needed a good cleaning/sterilize after we purchased the boat. To our surprise this stuff cleaned out particles and algae that we didn't even know was there. We had water flushed the tanks before cleaning and just seem like water so this stuffs certainly works. The sucky part is it takes at least 3 tank refills to get rid of all of it. Granted we were slightly over concentrated(full bottle into 2 tanks totaling 85 gallons) with the application. But I would do it the same way again.

easy to use
seems to have worked well. I had never used my fresh tank in my camper so I felt it was probably a good idea to clean it first. The steps were pretty simple to use.

Cleans effectively, pleasant smell.
I have a 15 year old truck camper that gets regular use but sometimes sits with empty hit and fresh water tanks for a few months at a time. I have used bleach to sanitize tanks prior and hate how long it takes to get rid of the smell afterward. This product seems to have done a nice job breaking down sediment and algae and has a pleasant smell. I used a bit too much though so had to fill and flush twice to get rid of the residual, but I’m happy with the results!

Gets rid of water smells
This is the only solution that I have found to get the occasional smell out of my tv water system. After trying a few recommended home remedies and a few products, this is the one you will want. Follow the instructions on the bottle and it will work great. I did it twice and was amazed at how clean the water came out.

Did the job.
We purchased this product to flush out our fresh water holding tank on our boat. The previous owners appeared to never have cleaned the tanks out. This product did a great job.
