Hard, dry and rancid upon delivery
I'm sure this has more to do with product sitting too long in a hot car or something, but it was hard, dry, discolored and tasted rancid. Don't purchase

Shelf stable Italian Prosciutto
This was purchased to replace difficult to find reasonably priced Prosciutto di Parma.It is tasty but VERY salty (320 mg/slice) and the first room temperature appropriate meat product I've purchased since buffalo jerky decades ago. Each package has 6 slices.We purchased the 12 pack and received 11 packages in the factory sealed carton. Amazon customer service was very understanding and dealt with this obvious problem.

This bag of pepperoni was rotten and hard as heck. Was unable to eat and had to toss in the garbage. Waste of $$$. 😞

So-so as food but delivery makes it convenient to purchase.
OK, but high salt content and much saturated fat and cholesterol. Delivered to my door in sealed plastic bag for freshness but must be refrigerated once opened.
