I’ve always been a bit skeptical about supplements like Cordyceps mushrooms, but after a chat with a friend who's an oncology doctor specializing in internal medicine, I decided to give it a try. He recommended Cordyceps for supporting overall health and even mentioned it could help with blood sugar regulation, which piqued my interest.I started taking just one capsule a day in the morning with my usual cappuccino and sweet pastry. That’s pretty much my routine—I’m not big on working out, but I move around a lot since I live in a three-floor home, using all levels throughout my daily life.To my surprise, by the third week, I began noticing some changes. I felt more energetic, and I was getting slimmer without making any major changes to my routine. It was a nice, unexpected boost to my day.I’m excited to continue this journey and see how things progress over the next few months, but so far, it’s been a positive experience.

I got it because it was cheap and thought maybe it would help me feel horny again.After my brother died last year I just haven't been feeling my old self. After a week I was definitely noticing that I was more in the mood again.I wasn't exercising. Didn't change my diet. I was still lying in bed watching Instagram reels until midnight. So this was the only real change I made. This isn't a miracle worker. It was just a very inexpensive benefit that had a 15% change in my libido. Did it make me Peter North, no. It just made me feel a bit more like me again. And that is enough.

I also feel that it’s important that I mention I have my PhD in nutritional science and I’m a registered dietitian so I’m very skeptical of a lot of supplements and the promises they make. These however, exceeded my expectations. I am an endurance athlete, and I’m very strict when it comes ensuring I’m constantly hydrated and hitting my daily macro and micro nutrients. This is the first supplement that, when added to my daily routine, has had a noticeable impact on my cardio and endurance. On the third day of taking these, I felt my lungs open up much earlier during a long distance run, and I was able to keep my heart rate and respiratory rate much lower throughout the entire run. This is not me promising anyone that it’s going to work for them, but from my personal experience, these have been incredibly effective and I will continue to take them for the foreseeable future.

After taking one capsule a day for a few weeks my right eye turned red and I had a hard time opening at certain times. I used eye wash solution on it many times but that didnt fix it. It seemed to get worse evey day I was taking these. After I stopped taking these for a few days it slowly went away. It only seemed to affect my right eye though so I’m not sure if I got something in it and the cordyceps were feeding of it or something but it seemed like they were infecting my eye somehow. Not sure if anyone else has had this same experince cause I did some research on it and didn’t find any similar side effects from other people so maybe it’s only happend to me.
