Cost effective and the strength of the capsule is of 2000 mg which is amazing. I am a vegetarian and I have multiple health issues. Per capsule dosage of EPA DHA is optimal which is must for normal health care. 2 capsules a day you have double strength formula and dose that too at a fraction of cost. One bottle can last 1-2 months easily. Will definitely order it again.
