As long as you don't have to carry a toddler while setting it up, you can do it! It was really easy for me too and I almost didn't buy it because I had the same fear. You got this!

What are the bag dimensions? Will it fit as a carry on item or in a checked bag??

What size are the stake holes? looking to diy some heavier duty stakes.

They are the same size as the stakes that come with the tent ( a bit on the small size). You wouldn’t be able to use a larger stake without damaging the tent.
