Had to get a stye removed and the nurse told me to take these supplements a couple days before my surgery..it barely bruised and I bruised EASILY.ive also noticed the bruises on my legs have faded

My dermatologist suggested that I try it out as I bruise real easy.Not really sure if it helps or not as it still takes 4-7 days to make them dissappear.Seller was good. They came in a few days and their price was fair.

I was not aware that arnica can be toxic until I told my oncologist that I was taking it for muscle/ joint relief from meds. She looked it up before I left her office and highly recommended I reconsider taking it. After I got home I did my own research. This is what I found: arnica must be highly deluted to be anywhere near safe. For instance, 200c means it’s been diluted 200 times at a ratio of 1/100. Most site warned against taking it internally.This particular arnica (500mg) does not appear to have any dilution at all because there is not “c” following the number, which could make it deadly.Please research before taking this.
